Camouflage isn’t quite the right word for it of course, but many of the cold war bimbo programs did spend time ensuring that their units “blended in” with their surroundings.
This particular image, from an unknown program, seems to have been part of the testing for contrast on this particular unit. Take note that even with the obviously fake blonde of the unit’s hair, it still maintains enough differentiation with the background colour to stand out.
It is this kind of attention to detain that separated the average bimbo programs from the top tier ones. No doubt that whichever program went to this level of testing, produced some of the best units for their countries.
