Most of the cold war bimbo’s never saw the light of day, at least not in the countries of origin. But even the most secret of programs needed some promotional material to inspire the countries leaders and ensure their efforts were rewarded.

For example, this photo of a product of the German bimbo program was found amongst a dump of declassified information, obviously by accident. The bimbo can be seen here in front of the Brandenburg Gate in Berlin, though it seems highly unlikely that the program was located anywhere near the capital city.
