After re-unification, the two German cold war bimbo programs came together and combined their research. Their first results, shown here, still made it clear there was a lot of decent between the two programs, with the old east scientists clinging to the motifs of the past while the west scientists were experimenting with non traditional fabrics and styles.
A unified approach was needed, someone with a new vision of where the program would go in the future, but where would they find such a visionary?
