Many of the Cold War Bimbo programs started to suffer near the end as funding began to dry up. Many of the programs started turning out very low quality Bimbo’s.
However even in those dark times, the Soviet program could still make some of the best Bimbo’s available, even if, like for this one, they had to appeal to the more westernizing taste of their supiriors.
