Of course all of the cold war bimbo programs had to start somewhere, and many had issues that the engineers just never thought of in the eagerness to produce their first fully functional bimbos.

For example, this early model of an eastern block country had a permanently fused outer coating, which in of itself isn’t a problem. However when the first few test models came out of the program with no access to any part of the covered surface… well sometimes the simplist solutions are the best.

This model introduced a simple zipper to resolve the problem until a more satisfactory solution was found.
