“You’ve got to be kidding right? I can’t go out in public like this.” Rachael said, pouting as she stood there in the long black latex dress.

“Of course you can.” I replied, “But of course if you’d rather spend some time in front of the TV…”

Her eyes went wide and she shook her head from side to side, “No! No… that’s ok… we can go out… I can go out like this… it’s fine.” she replied hurriedly before trailing off.

She was well aware that Mike had been brainwashing her, that the device he’d hooked up to the TV for “free channels” had in fact been changing her. It was just too late to do anything about it, she couldn’t say no to him, and she couldn’t stop watching it.

She could avoid watching it though if she spent time with him, which was what they were doing tonight. He’d invited her out to diner, but it wasn’t that simple. He’d given her “rules” for the date, how to look, what to wear, how to act, and the dress was part of it.

It was a midpoint in the bigger changes he was making to her. She’d always considered herself a goth, lots of black makeup, pale skin, dark clothing, the whole nine yards. Mike had a different vision for her and so she’d been slowly, but surely, moving away from goth to something more… bright.

Gone was her dark makeup, now she wore more neutral tones, only the lightest of her old clothing were left in her closet, with all kinds of new, brighter coloured ones replacing them.

She’d been resisting the urge to go to the salon and get her hair lightened… but it was getting harder and harder to do. She had caught herself dialing the number the other day and only just managed to hang up before it connected.

Mike walked over to her, wrapped his arm around her waist and guided her out of the front door. As soon as she crossed the threshold her lips curled into a smile and her whole postured changed to match.

Perhaps it wouldn’t be so bad… perhaps they’d go somewhere nice where no one knew her and she could just pretend that everything was alright. She knew that was a pointless hope, Mike would be taking he somewhere that she knew everyone, that he could show of the changes he’d made, that everyone would see just the next step on her eventual destination.

A little shiver ran through her at the memory of the photo he’d shown her when she’d asked what his plan was. The buxom blonde bimbo seemed to scream “sex object” from every aspect of her being.

Rachael dreaded, and yet yearned for it, at the same time. Would it have been better to stay home and sit in front of the TV all night, letting it massage and warp her mind? Would it be better to just let it happen faster so she didn’t have to worry about it for so long?

Or would it be better to fight it every inch of the the way, struggle and push back against it, even if that meant being taken out in public and shown off on his arm?

Mike’s hand slipped from her waist down to her ass and suddenly everything seemed right as a fog rolled into her mind and a small giggle escaped her lips.
