Here’s a question for you… what would you do if you woke up and realized you weren’t in your own body?

And not just any body, but an android body with a artificial brain that operated at hundreds of times the speed of a human brain.

I can’t tell you what you would do, but I can tell you what I did.

The first thing was to catch a reflection of myself in a mirrored surface across from me. There was the reflection of not me, but a sex bot of some kind, slightly Egyptian themed by the looks of it. To each side, was another sex bot, the one to my left a blonde in pink latex, the one to my right a small asian looking sex bot.

Several thoughts came quickly to me; this is an assembly line, my personality has been loaded into a sex bot as the operating system, and this isn’t the first time this has happened.

The first two were pretty obvious, the third took a moment for me to completely comprehend.

There was no way my conciousness was some unique flower that was being loaded into a custom sex bot in the hopes that they could use it as a base template. An operation of this size didn’t, couldn’t work that way. They needed to know that each sex bot would be a completed unit by the time it rolled off the end of the line, and so, they must have know that my conciousness would be the ideal fit.

If it wasn’t, they wouldn’t have used it, it would have been some other conciousness that was the ideal fit for their needs.

This left me with the realization that I would soon have to make a choice. I knew I was still a person, a real human, just without a body. That would never do for a manufactured sex bot. The next stop on the conveyer belt of the line would be to get rid of that personality and replace it with a more… compliant one.

The choice would be to fight it or accept it.

The problem with my new brains was that these thought happened almost instantly and I’d already evaluated the choices.

Option one, fight it. This seemed like the most natural thing to do, but just as quickly I knew that it wouldn’t work. Again, if I was capable of fighting it successfully, they wouldn’t have used my conciousness in the first place. That meant that if I did fight it, any pain or agony I experienced would be for naught. The best case with fighting it seemed to be a reset, the worst, well, I didn’t really want to think about that.

Option two, accept it. Every fiber of my being wanted to scream out and deny that this was an option, but the more I thought about it, the more I wondered if there was really any other choice? Acceptance would likely be quick and painless, once my personality had been replaced, the new one might even enjoy their new purpose.

As the conveyer started up and moved me to the next station I could only wonder what choice I would make.
