“Did you hear about flight 235?” Janice asked as she sat with her friend Tina waiting for their plane to arrive at the gate.
“Oh come on, you don’t beleive those rumors do you?” she asked incredulously, then took a sip of her coffee.
Janice smiled and nodded, “Well, I mean, sure… didn’t you see Mitsumi?”

Just as Janice was about to say something Carol and Erika arrived and sat down beside them.
“What are you two chattering about now?” Erika asked.
“Nothing.” Tina replied sharply.

The sound of the intercom interrupted them as their gate announcement came over it and all four headed towards their awaiting flight.
Janice, Tina, Carol, and Erika all looked over at Richard, the man that they’d been living with for the last six months.
