And the end of the cold war many of the bimbo units found themselves abandoned throughout the cities that they operated.

Some of these units were picked up by the local authorities, often used in the local departments for “special projects”, but a few ended up in private hands.

For example, the unit pictured above, was found on the door step when the resident came out to retrieve the morning paper. A surprise to be sure, but surely a welcome one.

This image was found only many years after the even by the children of the resident, other details remain completely missing, including the eventual fate of the unit.
