“Doctor, are you sure these are the right ones?” Nurse Thomas said as she inspected the two large globes of silicone.
“What?” Doctor Williams said and looked over towards her, he took a step and looked over her shoulder and then nodded, “Yep, those are the extra small.”
Nurse Thomas frowned under her surgical mask, “But Doctor, this subject is scheduled for the Full Fuck Doll treatment, should she have at least the mediums?”
“Normally yes, the first round of implants would be the mediums for the FFDl series.” he agreed, “But this is a unique situation, we normally won’t take a subject into the program with this under developed of secondary sexual attributes, instead recommending the Happy Homemaker treatment or the Bimbo Beauty treatment first to expand the natural tissue in their breasts first.”
“Yes, that would make sense.” Nurse Thomas replied.
“Then in a few years the subject could be enrolled in the FFD treatment and easily take the medium and maybe even the large implants. But with this subjects barely A cups, the tissue expanders can only do so much so we’ll have to go with the extra small today. I’m sure she’ll be back in a few years to get upgraded, assuming the client is still interested in her.”
“Still interested? Why wouldn’t he be?” she asked.
“Well, usually when we take in these special cases, the client has an emotional attachment to the subject. In my experience when it’s the FFD treatment the client wants, it’s usually a pretty negative emotion. Perhaps an ex that betrayed them, a business rival that outsmarted them, or perhaps something as simple as being rejected by a desired partner. Anyway, those negative emotions often don’t last very long once they have the new fuck doll, usually only six months to a year, and then they lose interest.”
“I can’t imagine…” Nurse Thomas said, shaking her head.
“Well FFD are a pretty intense unit, they take a lot of care and maintenance, they really can’t do much more than fuck, so the novelty wears off pretty quickly. In my experience, about 50% of the time we get them back for one of the more ‘useful’, like HH or BB treatments within six months. The rest usually get sent back for resale within a year.”
Nurse Thomas nodded and then Doctor Williams looked down at her modest 1000cc implants that were just noticeable under the baggy surgical uniform, “So when are you scheduled for your next upgrade? I think a set of these would look fantastic on you.”
“I just got these three months ago Doctor, I’m still at least six months out from my next set.” she replied.
“You know I’ve been thinking about putting you through the HH program, what do you think about that?” he asked.
“Oh Doctor, I’d be very happy with that I’m sure. The Submissive Servant treatment you gave me has been wonderful!”
The Doctor nodded, “Yes, you’ve been a very helpful once you got over those silly ideas that what we are doing is wrong.”
“Oh yes Doctor, I can see now that these women deserve to be the best they can be for our clients, even if they might not think so now.”
“Doctor, she’s under now.” the anesthesiologist called out from the operating table.
“Perfect, Nurse, if you’ll assist…” the Doctor said and then walked over to the operating table.
“Of course Doctor.” Nurse Thomas replied and followed him and the surgery began.
