Even the most dedicated scientist can make mistakes, and the cold war bimbo programs were no exception. The soviet program had more than it’s fare share of issues over the life of the project, but some were more serious than others.
For example, this early model’s specifications were converted from imperial to metric incorrectly and as a result the custom outfits that had been created for it simply did not fit.
Not that that stopped the bimbo from trying as hard as she could to get the top closed.
Of course after this incident, the quality review team was formed to ensure all specifications were correct in future models, but that didn’t stop the scientist from trying as hard as they could to sneak a few “mistakes” in to future models.
