The cold war bimbo programs often created units with very similar features; long blonde hair, clear blue eyes, etc. However, some units were designed with alternative colour schemes or features for specific purposes.
Take this unit for example, which was targeted at a high ranking official in a foreign government, and was designed specifically to target said individual.
From the notes attached to this file photo, the mission was a complete success, and resulted in significant intelligence being siphoned off back to the program’s leadership.
Of course, information was not the only thing the unit extracted from it’s target, but like all bimbos from these programs, their base programming covered this without any further customization.
