Of course not all products of the cold war bimbo programs were of an extreme nature, in fact many, like this one, were somewhat tame.
They were effective for several reasons, not the least of which was their ability to blend in to “polite” society, allowing them to move around without drawing attention to themselves.
At least until they wanted to.
Their programming allowed for both a public and a private persona, with the private often being an extreme 180 from the public one.
This unit was very outgoing and personable in public, there are in fact several video of it working a crowd along with its target, to great effect.
However, in private, this unit was the definition of subdued and subservient, confirming to whatever the target wanted.
