Finding the smallest one, she carefully opened it and found the jewellery box inside. Cracking the case open, a frown crossed her lips… a cheap silver bracelet was inside.
She turned her nose up and pulled the bracelet let, it was nearly worthless, but she checked it over to make sure there were no jewels on it that she’d missed.
There weren’t, but the longer she held it the more her fingers began to tingle… then her arm and finally it reached her brain.
Lindsey gasped as her eyes went wide, she almost dropped the bracelet but instead too hold of it tightly as her whole body tingled and a smile crossed her lips.

She looked at the boxes under the tree that had his name on it, inside them were a tie and some shirts, a nice pair of shoes, sure all ok… but he’d gone above and beyond for her gift!
Then curiosity got the better of her and she abandoned the though of Rod’s gift and instead turned to the remaining gifts under the tree that had her name on them.
She went for the biggest box and ripped the paper off of it, inside was the most amazing little red outfit she’d ever seen and she quickly stripped off her boring old PJs and slipped into it.
When she finished changing, she realized there was not top, so tore through the box once more, to do avail.
Then a fiendish smiled cross her lips a she realize Rod had shown her what the perfect gift for him was.
